The Corrections Commission of Northwest Ohio decides to keep one piece of equipment. Following a leak in a radiator associated with an emergency backup generator at the local jail, officials sought bids for a replacement of the generator. They researched the current unit and found it is only 20 years old, while it also only has 1,100 hours on the motor clocked…adding, the manufacturer says the motor should be able to have 20,000 hours on it before troubles start. The company CCNO deals with for the generator has 48 rental units around Ohio and would be able to get one to the facility in a timely manner.
