Celeste In Court, Soon

A Bryan man is facing charges of kidnapping and multiple counts of attempted murder and rape. Sammy Celestine was one of 23 people indicted by a Williams County Grand Jury earlier this month. All the charges stem from incidents occurring on or around Nov. 26, officials say. Each of the counts have several specifications, including allegations that committed the offense with a sexual motivation, that he is a sexually violent predator and that he is a repeat violent offender. Celestine is set for arraignment, on Tuesday.
