Charges Unlikely in Henry County Pedestrian Death

Deputies in Henry County say the crash that killed a Napoleon man is under inves­ti­ga­tion but are inclined to find it an acci­dent and it is unlikely charges will be filed. 26 year-old Bran­don West­hoven was walk­ing on State Route 109 in Lib­erty Town­ship in the dark at 10pm, when he was truck and killed by a car that stopped imme­di­ately and called 911.
