Clemens Now At CCNO

A Holgate man is charged in Defiance County after a burglary. The charge follows a suspicious barn fire on Henry County Road 16, back on April 3, in the Florida area. David Clemens’ vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch, causing moderate damage to the vehicle. Clemens had run from the scene. A gas can was found in the rear compartment area of his vehicle. He was located a short time later by deputies. Clemens was transferred to a Toledo institution to be treated for a heart condition and receive a mental health evaluation. He is now at CCNO in Stryker.
