Congressman Bob Latta to hold informational meeting regarding service academies

Congressman Bob Latta invites high school students and their families to an informational meeting at the Findlay High School cafeteria at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, to learn details about the United States Military Service Academy nomination and appointment process.At the meeting, potential candidates will be advised of the Congressional nomination process and have the opportunity to meet with representatives from West Point, U.S. Naval Academy; U.S. Air Force Academyf; and the Merchant Marine Academy. Potential candidates may also obtain an application for a military service academy nomination at the meeting. Applications are due Sept. 30, 2016. Findlay High School is located at 1200 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio.
