A construction manager at risk has been selected for Four County Career Center’s expansion project. The Four County Career Center Board of Education recently selected Rudolph Libbe, Inc., for the construction manager, with a proposed estimate of $15.79 million. The Bryan Times also reports last November, the career center was awarded $14,749,087 in state funding to create cutting-edge electrical and welding labs with a total budget for this project amounting to $17,004,363. Four County Career Center is contributing $1,255,282 for contingency purposes and an additional $1,000,000 in in-kind donations.
