An anonymous tip leads to the capture of a fugitive from Indiana. Williams County officials get the word…Travis Crager, is at a County Road 13 location. Officers converge. Crager is arrested on four warrants out of Steuben County and one out of LaGrange…charging him with felony theft and a variety of misdemeanor drug-related charges. He is taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
