Craig Is Sentenced

James Craig, indicted for sexual abuse…was in a Defiance County courtroom. Craig gets a four- to six-year sentence for burglary and voyeurism. He also is now classified a Tier I sexual offender. He was given credit for nine days served in jail while his case was pending. Charges of attempted rape and gross sexual imposition were dismissed as part of the plea agreement between Defiance County Prosecutor, Morris Murray and Craig’s attorney.
