In DeKalb County…a woman is in the hospital…after getting rear ended. Angel Loy, 39, of Grabill, tells officers she was at a stop sign…at the C.R. 17, U.S. 6 intersection…but the other vehicle couldn’t stop…bad brakes. Loy is in fair condition after experiencing head, neck and knee pain. State and local investigators are on the case.
