Crash On ITR

One person had to get cut out of the wreckage by emergency crews after a crash on the Indiana Toll Road, early Friday. Upon arrival, first units on the scene found one accident victim out of the vehicle walking around, and another victim stuck inside. The individuals were taken to an area hospital by Steuben County EMS. State and local officials are working together in the case at this hour. No citations have been given.
