Williams County Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect who robbed a pair of convenience stores late Friday night. Montpelier Police say a man robbed the Valero Main Stop on Friday night at about 11:25 p.m. with a gun and stole cigarettes and cash. The man wore a white homemade mask and had long, bushy black hair that may have been a wig. He was wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans. The suspect was said to be about 5’9, with a medium build.
That man is wanted for a robbery in Holiday City at the Sunoco Stop-N-Go just 20 minutes before. The Williams County Sheriff’s Office says he threatened the clerk with a gun and got away with less then $200 in cash.
