Crittenden Takes The Reins In Wauseon

A new police chief in Wauseon. Kevin Chittenden is a familiar face with 15 years on the force there. Chittenden was appointed by City Council to replace Keith Torbet, effective Aug. 5. Torbet, a 35-year veteran of Wauseon Police, will leave the force to replace Dennis Richardson as the city’s public service director on Sept. 1.
