Culver Files Again

David Culver files his third lawsuit against a local agency since pleading guilty late last year to hiring a hitman to kill a local social worker. Culver is accused of trying to pay someone to kill his target. He is currently awaiting sentencing. Culver most recently filed a suit against Williams County for $250,000 dollars…claiming mental, physical and emotional distress, as well as harassment and humiliation from April to May 2019, the weeks leading up to the removal of his children from his home by the county.
