In Henry County…Roberto Rosales is eastbound on Ohio 65 in Damascus Township. He loses control of the vehicle. It careens across both lanes of traffic…off the roadway…and into a tree. Rosales is pronounced dead at the scene…his body is taken to the County Morgue. State and local officials continue their investigation.
