A teen dies behind the wheel in Steuben County. Officials say a 16 year old boy and a passenger are on CR 675…a half mile south of State Road 120, near Millgrove Township. At the top of a rise in the road…the driver loses control…the car goes off the roadway…hitting a tree…splitting the car in two. Both the driver and the 14-year-old male passenger are ejected. The driver dies instantly. The passenger is flown to an area hospital in serious condition. State and local investigators are on the case.
