A Defiance man dies in a two vehicle crash outside of Defiance, on Ohio 111, near Hammersmith Road. Officials say Fabian Aguilar of Oakwood, was southbound, when he failed to negotiate a curve, hitting a pickup truck, driven by Rex Wimmer, of Defiance, head on. Aguilar was taken to Defiance Regional Medical Center with non-life-threating injuries. Wimmer later died at a Toledo Hospital. Ohio 111 was closed for two hours, while troopers investigated the crash.
