One man is dead after a crash in Van Wert County. Officials say Clarence Radabaugh, 62, of Cloverdale pulled out in front of a semi truck, heading westbound on Highway 30. The semi pushed the truck down the road and through the median. Radabaugh’s car overturned as the semi and vehicle slid into the opposite direction of traffic. Radabaugh died at the scene. The roadway was closed for hours.
