In Kendallville…a motorcyclist dies…after a vehicle crosses the center line, while taking a curve in the road…hitting him, on Angling Rd. The victim is identified as Raymond Fleck, 64, of Rome City. The driver of the car, John Kay, of Wolcottville…is taken to an area hospital…to check his system for drugs. No word on any citations, at this hour. The case is under investigation by both state and local officials.
