A bank heist in Defiance…an Hispanic man…5-2 to 5-4…medium build…goes into the State Bank branch on Clinton St. He’s carrying a bag. That’s when he reveals to the teller…he has a bomb…then the demanded for money. The bandit gets some…no one is saying how much…and the robber leaves the place…in a dark SUV.
