Defiance College annual Empty Bowls fundraiser set for Tuesday, April 16.

Defiance College’s social work program will be hosting its 24th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser on Tuesday April 16th from 4-7 p.m. at the UAW Hall in Defiance. All proceeds will benefit the PATH center at 1939 E. Second St., Defiance. Empty Bowls is an important fundraiser held by the college, and in 2023, it raised the most money to date – $13,000 to benefit the PATH Center. According to the college, “Empty Bowls has created a way to give back to those in need while also demonstrating a drive to create change.”
