Defiance County Commissioner Otto Nicely has been selected as treasurer of the 2016 County Commissioners Association of Ohio. Nicely has served on the board for the past 15 years. He was elected by the annual winter conference in Columbus. He is vice-chairman of the association’s Health and Human Services committee.
