Defiance County Commissioner elected to CCAO treasurer post

Defi­ance County Com­mis­sioner Otto Nicely has been selected as trea­surer of the 2016 County Com­mis­sion­ers Asso­ci­a­tion of Ohio. Nicely has served on the board for the past 15 years. He was elected by the annual win­ter con­fer­ence in Colum­bus. He is vice-chairman of the association’s Health and Human Ser­vices committee.
