A Defiance man was arrested Tuesday for three felony sex offense charges.
The Defiance Police Department charged 43-year-old Russell Detwiler II with rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Reports say the charges stem from alleged incidents involving two victims who were younger than 13.
Detwiler is in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
