Shooting critically injures student at Napoleon gun range

A man was shot at the shooting range in Napoleon Tuesday evening and at this point it’s thought to be accidental, though an investigation will determine what happened. A victim is in critical condition after the incident on County Road 15A in Napoleon about 8:15 p.m. According to a news release from the Henry County Sheriff, a student of the Northwest State Law Enforcement Academy was shot in the back by another student during the groups visit. The victim’s name has not been released. He’s been airlifted to a Toledo hospital.
