Defiance woman sentenced in drug case

A Defiance woman was sentenced on drug charges yesterday. 37-year-old Kristy Cereghin took a plea deal and was sentenced to 59 months for possession to make drugs, child endangering, trafficking heroin and other drugs, possession of cocaine, heroin and other drugs and permitting drug abuse. According to Prosecutor Morris Murray, Cereghin will be eligible for judicial release within six months. She also was ordered to make restitution to the Multi-Area Narcotics Unit.
