The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department assists Cleveland Police in locating a car…connected to an Amber Alert Saturday evening…in Waterloo. Officials say…deputies found the car on US 6. They follow it into a local gas station. They soon learn…a mother failed to give her two kids over to children and family services. State and local officials are working together in the case.
