State Rep. Derek Merrin filed a lawsuit in Franklin County Common Pleas Court against Stephens…for control over the Ohio House Republican Alliance and its coffers that fund campaigns for state Republicans legislators. It’s the latest development in the saga of GOP-supermajority infighting that’s wracked the legislative chamber for nearly a year.
