16 Ohio counties are designated by the USDA as primary natural disaster areas…most all connected to the bad weather earlier this year. This designation allows the government to extend much-needed emergency credit to producers recovering the events. Emergency loans can be used to meet various recovery needs. The deadline to apply is March 9, 2020.
