Dockery Enters Plea

The Paulding man…charged in a double homicide last month is arraigned in a Paulding County courtroom. Clay Dockery pled not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity to two counts of aggravated murder. The judge accepted the verbal plea and asked that it be submitted to the court in writing. Dockery’s counsel asked that his client be evaluated for both competency and criminal responsibility. Beckman orders Dockery was to be evaluated by the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Toledo.
