Williams County deputies catch two people breaking into a house on County Road. Kenneth Farley, of Montpelier, is charged with burglary and four counts of felony theft. He also had an outstanding failure to appear warrant in Williams County. Nicole Ramos faces felony theft and burglary charges. Both were taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. The incident remains under investigation.
