Drive to Succeed Scholarship program available.

The Defiance County Health Department is encouraging eligible youth and families to apply for the Drive to Succeed Scholarship, a program designed to help remove the financial barrier to completing driver’s education. The scholarship is available to income-eligible students, ages 15 1/2 to 20, in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties who have, or are, working toward obtaining a driver’s permit. Funds can be used to cover driver’s education fees through an approved driving school.
