A Lyons teen is in critical condition after a solo crash Fulton County Road 14, near County Road K. Investigators say Garrett Crowell was northbound, when his pickup went off the west side of the roadway, smashing into a ditch and a culvert…then a utility pole. Crowell was taken to St. Vincent Medical in Toledo. The crash remains under investigation at this hour.
