Drowning In DKC

A 19-year-old drowns in a private pond in DeKalb County. Police and medics are called to a County Road 29 location in Auburn. They say Daniel Burris was swimming in his family’s pond when he went under. Family members were able to pull him to shore and performed CPR until medics arrived. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the DeKalb County coroner.
