Drunken Crash Near 75A

Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an off-road vehicle accident in the area of CR 75A in DeKalb County. Officials say Jeffery Lepper of Saint Joe, was on a four wheeler…when he leaves the roadway, hitting a fence, then a tree. The vehicle then rolls, pinning Lepper underneath. He was treated on-scene by medical personnel and taken to an area hospital. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.
