Late Sunday night in DeKalb County…a driver suffers a broken back after a rollover crash on County Road 61. Investigators tell reporters the driver, Joshua Horvat, ran off the highway…then the vehicle rolls several times. Alcohol is believed to have played a role in the crash. Three others in the car are okay. State and local officials continue their work in the case at this hour.
