Williams County deputies want a pair for a list of felony drug offenses. Gary Wheeler and Jennipher Fisher were indicted on Jan. 15 by a county grand jury…a warrant for their arrest is now issued. Both are charged with a list of heroin related offenses. Officers ask if you know anything about this to give them a call.
