Edgerton Chamber of Commerce plans to start a farmers market this May

The Edgerton Chamber of Commerce’s plan to start a farmers market this May will soon become reality. The chamber will host the farmers market starting the first Friday in May and continuing through to the last Friday in October at the corner of U.S. 6 and Ohio 49, next to the Edgerton Fire Station. Dawn Fitzcharles, chamber treasurer, said they were hoping to have 20-30 vendors for their first year. Fitzcharles added organizers have received a list of 160 vendors in the area they intend to reach out to, while others have called in with questions and some have already signed up.
