EDGERTON HOUSE FIRE LEAVES DAMAGES OF $100,000

Fire severely dam­aged an Edger­ton home Mon­day morn­ing

The blaze started just before 6am at 02867 County Road 6.

The home was a total loss at an esti­mated $100,000.

The Bryan Times reports that the build­ing was insured, but the renters were not. No one was injured.

Julio Machado and Linda Spence received hous­ing assis­tance from the Williams County Amer­i­can Red Cross. The cause of the fire has yet to be deter­mined, but did not appear to be suspicious.
