Edgerton Nixes 6

Edgerton Village Council members vote to join Bryan and Montpelier in formally opposing Ohio House Bill 6. The bill would see the creation of a so-called “Clean Air Fund” which entities like American Municipal Power allege masks what they and municipalities statewide believe amounts to a $1 billion bailout of FirstEnergy Solution’s Davis and Perry nuclear power plants, with consumers footing the bill directly.
