A Henry County judge finds Gary Eitzman guilty of assault and more. The Napoleon man?…involved in a road rage incident. Prosecutors say Eitzman intentionally turned the wheel of his vehicle into another…after it had pulled beside on Ohio 110, west of the Damascus Bridge, near Liberty Center, in 2019. No injuries in the crash. He is free on bond, awaiting a May sentencing date.
