Emma Faye Kammeyer, 85

Emma Faye Kammeyer, age 85, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Hillside Country Living near Bryan. Faye was a homemaker, a member of Farmer United Methodist Church and had supported the West Unity Church of Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her family, music, gardening and baking cookies.

Faye was born on December 7, 1930, in Mark Center, Ohio, the daughter of Glen Lee and Edna (Breininger) Apple. She married Willis L. Kammeyer on February 26, 1950, in Farmer, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on January 23, 1985. Faye is survived by her sons, Ed (Bonnie) Kammeyer, of Huachuca City, Arizona, Scott (Peggy) Kammeyer, of Pataskala, Ohio, and Stuart (Pam) Kammeyer, of Bryan; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Joyce) Apple, of Alvorton, Howard (Mildred) Apple, of Bryan, and Morris Apple, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and a sister, Neva Bok, of Sherwood, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willis Kammeyer; a granddaughter, Jennifer Allion; and sisters, Norma Roesch, Zelma Apple and Dorothy Apple.

Grave side funeral services will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016, at 3:00 P.M. in Farmer Cemetery with Pastor Bruce Goosman officiating. Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, has been entrusted with her arrangements.

Memorial contributions are requested to a charity of the donor’s choice.
