Here’s a smile…a Napoleon man wins $19,800 on Ohio Lottery’s TV game show…Cash Explosion. Scott Helberg was on Saturday…it was actually filmed a few weeks ago. Helberg was one of a handful of contestants, picked out of about 25,000. Those entries come from second chance opportunities through instant lottery tickets that are not initial winners. Helberg?…he hopes to possibly buy a new truck, and vacation somewhere. Good idea.
