A Delta man dies in a crash between a truck and lawnmower on County Road C, west of State Route 109 in York Township. Officials say Gary Vanlent of Liberty Center, was eastbound on C, approaching 109. James Schlatter of Delta was on a riding mower, also eastbound on C. Vanlent struck Schlatter from behind. Schlatter was taken to the Fulton County Health Center, where he was pronounced dead. Vanlent was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
