Fatal Accident On 20

One person is killed in a crash north of Swanton, at the intersection of Fulton Lucas Road and Highway 20. Officials say the driver didn’t stop at the stop sign and was hit by a semi, heading east on 20. The 16-year-old passenger in the car was flown to Toledo Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver sustained non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the big rig is okay. Investigators say alcohol is not a factor…no charges have been filed.
