Fatal Crash In NWT

A Bryan man dies after two vehicles collide, Saturday afternoon, in Northwest Township. Officials tell reporters Arden Pacey, 89 was driving north on County Road 4 while a 16-year-old motorist was heading east on U.S. 20. At the intersection, Pacey failed to yield the right of way and pulled into the path of the pickup, resulting in the crash. Pacey was flown from the scene to Parkview in Fort Wayne, where he later died. Helen Pacey, 88, also in the victims car…was taken to an area hospital…with serious injuries. The juvenile driver and a 56-year-old passenger in his vehicle were treated at the scene. Alcohol is not considered a factor in the crash. The investigation continues.
