One man is dead after a head-on collision on Highway 30 East, near Convoy. Another victim is critically hurt at this hour. Troopers got reports someone was driving the wrong way. A few minutes later, emergency dispatchers got another call, reporting there had been a crash in the eastbound lanes, between Colwell and Convoy roads on 30. Officers arrive to find a pickup and sedan with heavy damage. Firefighters had to cut the driver out of the car. Both drivers were transported to a Fort Wayne hospital in critical condition. Later, the driver of the car, died. He is identified as Kwi Cho of Dublin. The other victim is Oscar Barrios of Grover Hill. Investigators tell reporters it was Barrios going in the wrong direction.
