A man dies after falling through the ice at Terry Lake in DeKalb County. Officers concluded it was an ice fisherman. Several emergency crews responded to the scene. The Angola dive team was able to use their airboat to recover the victim, Robert Penland of Pleasant Lake. Penland was pronounced dead at the scene.
