Williams County prosecutors announce they have closed the investigation involving a sex offense by Father Nelson Beaver over 25 years ago at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Montpelier. The investigation was closed at the request of the alleged victim, now an adult. Beaver was a priest of the Diocese of Toledo, when he was placed on administrative leave in Oct., as a result of the allegations.
