Faust Case Update

Audrey Foust is arraigned in Defiance Municipal Court for felonious assault. Foust waived her right to a preliminary hearing and the case was bound over. Foust is ordered to obey a temporary protection order, not to leave the state, and no use of alcohol or drugs. A waiver of extradition has been set. Foust was arrested Sunday morning for a reported stabbing. Terry Soto, the victim was taken to Mercy Defiance Hospital for treatment.
