Williams County ranks among the healthiest places to live in Ohio, that’s according to the 2019 County Health Rankings report issued by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Of Ohio’s 88 counties, Williams County ranked 19th. Delaware County got the top slot while the lowest ranking counties were Vinton, Jackson, Pike and Adams counties, along the Ohio River.
