The Williams County Sheriff’s Dept made an arrest Tuesday evening. Officers took 52 year old Rodney Tingle of Montpelier into custody on charges of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated. No other details surrounding Tingle’s arrest have been released.
